Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Case Manager BFH to support families in El Segundo, California through individualized enrollment and stabilization services. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who can guide clients toward employment, education, and financial self-sufficiency while delivering thoughtful, client-centered support. The person in this role will work onsite and partner closely with families to remove barriers, coordinate resources, and monitor progress toward established goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to evaluate immediate needs, identify barriers, and build personalized action plans focused on housing and family stability.
  • Connect individuals and families with workforce development programs, training opportunities, educational services, and community-based support resources.
  • Provide practical job search assistance by helping clients strengthen resumes, prepare for interviews, and improve workplace readiness.
  • Lead or support sessions on budgeting, money management, and available public assistance programs, including guidance with benefit-related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate case records, service notes, and outcome tracking within required databases and internal documentation systems.
  • Coordinate ongoing follow-up with clients to measure progress, adjust service plans, and encourage continued engagement in support programs.
  • Deliver detail-oriented, service-focused assistance that builds trust and promotes positive client experiences across every interaction.
