Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our fast growing team. This articulate individual will be responsible in assisting our clients with pre-suit personal injury claims. This opportunity entails extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all case-related documentation is accurate and timely. Responsibilities Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date. Assist attorneys with case preparation, including conducting research and gathering necessary information. Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as needed. Drafting settlement demand packages. Proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders involved in the case. Maintain an organized system for tracking deadlines, appointments, and court dates. Support the litigation process by preparing exhibits, motions, and other legal filings. Qualifications Previous experience working in a law office is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is required. Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. Must have great people skills Must be able to multiple task and meet deadlines. Must to be able to prioritize and work under pressure Must be well organized and detail oriented Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal software Knowledge of medical terms and traumatically induced conditions is a plus Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies is helpful. Prior experience as bodily injury insurance adjuster highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to proofread documents effectively to ensure clarity and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
