In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring seamless communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies. Your expertise will help streamline case workflows, facilitate legal research, and support litigation efforts to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses a strong foundation in legal case management and administrative support within a fast-paced law office environment. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including tracking case progress and maintaining accurate records using legal case management software such as PCLaw and iManage Conduct client interviews to gather detailed case information and assist with initial intake procedures Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate treatment authorizations and settlement negotiations Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and third parties Maintain organized files through document management systems; ensure timely filing of all case-related documents in accordance with court deadlines Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone etiquette professionally Support the team with data entry, filing, transcription, proofreading, and clerical tasks to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills; professional phone etiquette; ability to speak with clients effectively Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Must speak Spanish Join us in delivering exceptional legal support by managing complex personal injury cases with enthusiasm and precision.
