In this role, you will work closely with clients, including seniors and individuals from culturally diverse communities, to provide essential case management and client communication services. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin or Korean and possess a strong commitment to helping others through community-focused support. Duties Assist in delivering social services to clients, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed. Communicate with clients to gather information, provide guidance, and support their engagement with available resources. Support case management activities by maintaining accurate records and coordinating services for clients. Work directly with seniors to address their specific needs and facilitate access to community resources. Engage with culturally diverse communities to promote inclusivity and ensure culturally sensitive support. Collaborate with social workers and other team members to develop and implement client care plans. Participate in community outreach initiatives and help organize programs aimed at improving client well-being. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, or Counseling. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is required. Strong communication skills, particularly in client interaction and community engagement. Experience or interest in social services, case management, and working with seniors or diverse populations is preferred. Compassionate attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
