Description Case Manager Assistant Brief Job Description:

We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to provide administrative and client support to case management teams.

Responsibilities:

+ Schedule appointments and maintain client files + Assist with intake paperwork and documentation collection + Enter case notes and update records in internal systems + Communicate with clients regarding appointments and follow-ups + Provide general administrative support to case managers

Requirements Requirements:
