Your Role:
Case Manager Home Visitor•
PFF Pay:
$28/hourly
Your Toolkit Should Include:
Master's degree required in Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field 2+ years supporting families with young children (0-5) Experience with community outreach and working with moderate
  • to high-risk families Ability to conduct developmental screenings and assessments Knowledge of early childhood development and local community resources Ability to maintain professional boundaries and build meaningful relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Home visitation experience (preferred) The ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, equity-centered environment
