We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Coordinator for our Supported Employment Program . In this role, you will be responsible for case management and program supervision of your assigned caseload, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. This is a management position and has subordinates. Required Skills and Experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving is required for this position) Ability to pass a LiveScan background check Patience, compassion, and the ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be organized, multi-task, and prioritize Computer and technology skills/knowledge Bi-lingual preferred, but not required The anticipated hiring salary for this full-time position is $25 per hour Responsibilities Provide continuous instruction and support for individuals Maintain staff/client daily schedule Attend meetings related to matters impacting the design or change of services for individuals served. Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and suitable behaviors.
