We currently have an opportunity for an experienced TBS Worker-Coach. $2,500 Sign On Bonus TBS Worker-Coach•Bilingual Spanish Changing Life's Trajectory The TBS Worker is responsible for providing individualized 1:1 behavioral and therapeutic interventions to participants in their home environment, school or other setting toward the goal of stabilization. The TBS Worker provides services as an adjunct to specialty mental health services in order to prevent higher level of care, hospitalization, or to transition to a lower level of care. Shifts Available Full Time; Mon-Fri/8am-5pm Salary Range In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $24.00 and $31.31 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. 9% Bilingual stipend added to base wages upon successful evaluation. What You Bring To The Table (Key Qualifications•see Job Description for more details) B.A. Degree required and one (1) year of experience in mental health related field, preferably with youth. Demonstrated knowledge of the developmental stages of youth and young adults. Demonstrated ability to assess, triage and organize work. Experience with or knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, changing, and discontinuing individualized behavioral interventions. Demonstrated ability to utilize de-escalation techniques that align with the trauma informed care model as part of intervention strategy for working with participants in crisis who are responding to triggers/stressors and/or demonstrating early indicators of distress. Demonstrated cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families and communities. Basic computer and keyboarding competence with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and/or competency with electronic clinical documentation systems. Clean driving record; current CA Driver's License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire. Must have access to dependable transportation and personal car insurance, meeting minimum liability coverage required for position if driving for work or transporting participants. Preferred Fluency in prevailing language(s) of the community. Three (3) years' experience in mental health field. What's In It for You•
