Housing Case Manager Pay:

Weekly through a temporary staffing agency We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Housing Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct participant intakes, assessments, and Individualized Service Plans (ISP). Connect participants with housing, healthcare, mental health, employment, and community resources. Provide case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and ongoing support. Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation. Use trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing to support housing stability and independence.

Qualifications:

Case management, housing, behavioral health, residential, or social-service experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Experience working with vulnerable populations strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. This is a confidential opportunity with a nonprofit organization.
