We're also considering candidates from the Santa Rosa area who are willing to commute to our Ukiah office. Compass is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager to support adults with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the Ukiah and Fort Bragg region . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a lasting difference in people's lives. This position includes local travel throughout the Ukiah/Fort Bragg area to meet with clients, families, and caregivers. What You'll Do Manage a caseload across our Coordinated Family Support (CFS) and Independent Living Services (ILS) programs Partner with families to help individuals achieve their goals and increase independence Support, coach, and collaborate with caregivers and direct support staff Coordinate services, schedules, and required documentation Ensure quality services and compliance with program standards Build strong relationships with regional centers and community partners Travel throughout your assigned territory to provide in-person support What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required Fluent in both English and Spanish Experience in case management, social services, human services, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while working independently Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally Why Compass? $28
