This role begins with activity-based engagement and has the opportunity to grow into 1:1 mentoring as we bring in more admissions to the program. This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently , while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Duties Facilitate and participate in structured community-based activities Build strong, appropriate relationships with participants Support development of life skills, accountability, and independence Provide real-time coaching and emotional support Assist with executive functioning (organization, planning, follow-through) Communicate consistently with the treatment team Take initiative in creating meaningful engagement opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (completed or in progress) (preferred, not required) Experience in case management, behavioral health, or related field preferred Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Organized, dependable, and able to follow through Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Passion for working with young adults Additional Details 1099 contract position Starting at approximately 8-10 hours per week, with growth over time. You will be able to tell me what your maximum case load is as you start the work. Hours increase as participants are assigned for 1:1 mentoring Requires flexibility, including some evenings and weekends
