We have experience with cases involving catastrophic injuries, spinal injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. Our team of 4 attorneys are looking for an experienced case manager, where you will play a vital role in managing personal injury claims from inception to resolution. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure efficient case progression. You must have personal injury experience to apply for this position. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely updates and progression through each stage of the process Conduct client interviews to gather detailed case information, medical records, and relevant documentation Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and legal teams to facilitate case development and settlement negotiations Draft and review legal documents including demand letters, settlement agreements, pleadings, and reports with precision and clarity Proofread all correspondence for accuracy, transcribe notes from client interviews, and manage document review processes efficiently Requirements Must have experience managing personal injury cases Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills including interviewing techniques and phone etiquette Ability to perform detailed document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry accurately We provide a great environment for our employees with a combination of fun and team involvement.
