Donor Concierge), is hiring a Case Manager to grow our surrogacy program. Donor Concierge is a trusted, concierge-style service that guides Intended Parents through every step of their family-building journey, offering personalized support and access to a highly curated network of top-tier agencies, The Case Manager is responsible for helping Intended Parents find an egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogate. They assess the needs and preferences of the IPs and develop a customized plan based on their needs. Case managers will often refer IPs to professional services such as attorneys, mental health professionals, and clinics as needed. They maintain consistent communication with IPs and adjust their search plan as needed. What you'll do: Develop a deep understanding of each Intended Parent's (IP) fertility journey to create a personalized plan aligned with their goals. Identifyand evaluatedonorand surrogate candidates through partner agencies to find the best possible match for each IP. Gather and incorporate Intended Parent feedback on donor and surrogate profiles to ensure their preferences and needs are fully reflected. Collaborate with fertility clinics, agencies, and other industry partners to support and advance each IP's journey. Maintainaccurateand up-to-date client records in the Donor Concierge (DC) CRM system. Conduct follow-ups with past clients to assess satisfaction and support ongoing relationship building.
