  • Temporary, Full-time, Contract Job Summary Mb Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Case Manager with a strong background in intake coordination and housing assistance.
This role is responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from initial intake through housing placement and ongoing support, ensuring clients receive the services and resources needed to achieve stability. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in working with housing programs and diverse populations. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake interviews, review applications, and complete client orientations Assess client needs and determine eligibility for housing and supportive services Identify appropriate referrals and intervention strategies Connect clients to housing resources, rental assistance programs, and community services Coordinate appointments, services, and transportation as needed Advocate for clients to secure and maintain housing Monitor client progress, participation, and outcomes Provide crisis intervention, guidance, and ongoing support Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements Participate in team meetings and provide updates on client status Prepare reports, track outcomes, and assist with program documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Qualifications 3+ years of Case Management experience 3+ years of Intake experience 3+ years of Housing Assistance experience Strong knowledge of housing resources, social services, and community programs Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience working with housing programs or supportive housing initiatives Strong problem-solving and client advocacy skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Pay:
$59,500.00
