Duties Description Description:
- Collaborate with other providers and attend/participate in both virtual and in person informational conferences to spread awareness of Justice Center and the services provided by Individual and Family Support.
- Assist staff with creation of case information files and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with inputting of case information and other data entry functions as appropriate and track referrals, services, follow-ups, etc. through utilization of Client Management System/Database.
- Address and respond to stakeholder inquiries via phone and e-mail as appropriate.
- Draft correspondence and assist with mailing of such correspondence.
- Assist with any other identified projects and programs as necessary and relevant to student intern program's requirements.
- Attend relevant team and agency meetings and trainings.
- Maintain accurate records and carry out duties in a timely manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Have regular supervision meeting with supervisor(s) to review progress and address any concerns and updates.
