at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description This is the supervisory level of judicial case management work, responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of staff to ensure the timely and efficient progression of court cases. In addition to work performed at the Judicial Case Manager III level, employees provide daily supervision of case management work, research and resolve escalated issues, errors, or problems, and ensure the proper training and development of staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS
for Judicial Case Management Supervisor Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: Three years' experience in managing cases as they move through the legal process. Two years' experience in researching files, records, and other sources of information, to ensure accurate case data and resolve issues in case flow or other issues. Two years' experience in narrative report writing. Coursework, training and/or work experience in staff supervision which may include performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others.
