Job Summary and Qualifications The case management assistant (CMA) will work under the direction of the RN case manager or social worker to assist with facilitating patient discharges requiring post-acute placement or services, and will identify and report barriers to discharges. The CMA will provide administrative support in Case Management functions. What you will do in this role: Assist with facilitating patient discharges. Identify and report barriers to discharges. Job Requirements:

Associates degree preferred Minimum of one-year experience in a health care setting required.
