Family Action Program Alachua, Gilchrist & Levy County Position reposted •If you have already applied to this position, you do not need to reapply• CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Counselor/Case Manager to join our Family Action Program in Gainesville, Fl (serving Alachua, Gilchrist & Levy counties). This position provides counseling, case management, and support services to at-risk youth and their families. The successful candidate will build collaborative relationships with community partners and help connect families with resources that promote stability and positive outcomes. If you are passionate about supporting youth and families and are committed to making a meaningful impact in your community, we encourage you to apply. Counseling experience required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or another behavioral science field preferred. Experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and families, including family interventions and parent education. Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of family systems, case management practices, and adolescent development. Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization. Previous experience working with adolescents and at-risk families. Ability to establish effective working relationships with community organizations and service providers.
