Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Mass Tort Litigation Assistant to support one of our attorneys handling high-profile mass tort cases. In this role, you'll help manage critical case information, coordinate records, and contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Communicate with clients, co-counsels, and medical providers via phone, email, and approved letters Order medical records and related documentation from providers Review records for completeness and relevance to cases Follow up on denied or incomplete requests Enter and maintain accurate case data in Litify and MDL portals Gather information from clients and follow up on documents Handle incoming mail and scan documents into electronic case files Track and monitor case deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain organized electronic case files with properly labeled documents Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Prior experience in legal support, litigation, or case management preferred Proficiency with data entry and basic computer systems; experience with Litify or MDL portals is a plus

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
