This vital role offers an energetic environment that values proactive communication, meticulous organization, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a key player in managing complex cases, you will coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure efficient case progression and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely follow-up and case progression with the support of a dedicated team of Legal Assistants Conduct thorough client interviews to gather case details, medical histories, and relevant documentation Maintain accurate and detailed case files using legal case management system (Clio) Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals to facilitate case development Prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence with clarity and precision, utilizing legal research tools Assist attorney in negotiations and settlement processes by providing comprehensive case summaries and supporting documentation Support attorneys with administrative tasks including document review, proofreading, and transcription Requirements Proven experience in personal injury law or related legal support roles with a focus on personal injury cases Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, interviews, and written correspondence Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Personal Injury background/experience or legal administrative support background preferred but not required Knowledge of estate planning, workers' compensation law, family law, or other specialized areas is a plus but not mandatory This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in personal injury law while developing their expertise within a supportive team environment.
