Full Job Description Job Summary :
The Personal Injury Pre-Suit Case Manager plays a vital role in managing personal injury cases before they enter litigation. This role requires overseeing client communication, medical treatment coordination, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and organized to prepare cases for settlement.
Duties :
Handle client intake and maintain consistent communication throughout the pre-suit process. Gather, organize, and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation. Coordinate medical treatment and follow-ups for clients. Prepare demand letters and settlement packages. Assist attorneys in case evaluation and pre-suit settlement negotiations. Track case progress and update case management software. Maintain confidentiality and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in personal injury case management (2+ years required). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in case management software. Knowledge of medical terminology and personal injury law. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
