  • 21 with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders as part of the Children's Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team in Charlotte County.
Provide services in the community; including school, home, etc. Interact with community partners and other stakeholders, as appropriate. Hours include evenings and on-call, as necessary or assigned. Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, coordinate and provide treatment and supportive services to children and their families. Provide appropriate referrals for additional services and resources, as identified. Provide support and advocate for children and family's rights and needs. Assist with development of natural support system(s). Benefits Full-time Dental, vision, health, and life insurance. Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test. Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record. Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.). Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Ability to use a computer. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners. Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. Strong oral and written communication skills.
