This position is responsible for converting qualified leads into retained clients while delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the intake and onboarding process. The Case Manager Closer will work closely with the Director of Sales to drive retention performance, improve conversion metrics, and ensure prospective clients receive timely follow-up and support. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000
DOE Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients Conduct consultations and explain legal service options Convert qualified leads into signed retainers Maintain consistent follow-up with all pending leads Build trust and rapport with potential clients Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems Coordinate with attorneys, intake specialists, and legal staff Ensure all retainers and onboarding documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals Provide daily reporting and updates to the Director of Sales Assist in improving intake and closing procedures to maximize performance
Qualifications:
Previous experience in legal intake, sales, case management, or high-volume client relations preferred Strong closing and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and manage high call volume efficiently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience with CRM or legal software is a plus Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability  Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonuses/commissions Career growth opportunities Paid training PTO and company benefits.
