Experience Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters Experience managing cases from intake through settlement/disbursement preferred Strong understanding of personal injury case workflow and deadlines Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients Manage personal injury cases from intake through closing/disbursement Obtain and verify insurance coverage information Request and follow up on medical records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely completion of tasks Assist attorneys and team members with case management and administrative support Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and follow-through Professional, positive, and proactive attitude Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability
