Job Description
Summary Join a well-established personal injury law firm where you'll play an essential role in helping clients navigate one of the most challenging times in their lives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process. Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and internal team members to keep cases moving forward. Maintain organized and accurate case files within the firm's case management system. Gather and manage important documentation, including medical records, wage loss information, and insurance correspondence. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and connecting them with appropriate resources. Monitor case progress, identify outstanding items, and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Previous legal experience required; personal injury experience is a plus. Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous positions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and case management systems. #
