A law firm in Georgia is seeking a passionate case manager who loves helping people and has strong communication, and customer service skills. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle personal injury claims, must have excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish mandatory), and a passion for helping clients. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury files. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Request, review, and organize medical records and bills. Draft correspondence. Manage phone numbers and WhatsApp conversations using digital tools. Maintain case management software and ensure deadlines are met. Provide compassionate and professional client support throughout the case. Schedule calls for the attorney and clients as needed. Skills Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in case files and documentation. Professional phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients who are often in stressful situations. No experience? No problem!
