The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while ensuring each case progresses efficiently. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular case updates. Review new cases and verify liability, insurance coverage, policy limits, and UM/UIM coverage. Understand medical treatment and monitor client progress. Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other evidence. Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lienholders. Manage MedPay and health insurance-related matters. Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for attorney review. Assist with settlement negotiations, lien resolution, and disbursements. Coordinate file preparation for litigation, depositions, and mediations when necessary. Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system. Qualifications Personal injury case management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office. Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
