Job Description

Job Duties:
Support families at risk of or experiencing homelessness Manage high-volume communication via phone, email, and SMS Proficiency in learning and using various software programs and databases Collect and manage required documentation to ensure timely move-ins and payments Conduct home visits and travel regularly year-round throughout the service area Strong decision-making skills Highly adaptable to schedule changes Maintain accurate data entry and compliance with program requirements Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma (required) Knowledge of homelessness-related issues Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and focus Comfort learning and using multiple software systems Willingness to travel and conduct home visits High adaptability to changing schedules and demands Certification Requirements (upon hire): NSPIRE certification This position serves a 14-county area and supports families in accessing program services. The office location is Fort Dodge, Iowa. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), year-round position with a non-traditional schedule.
