Regular communication with teachers and support staff is essential, providing them with quick summaries of student needs and offering ongoing guidance and problem-solving. To monitor the effectiveness of these supports, classroom observations are conducted, and any learning or behavioral concerns are documented. Serving as a central point of contact for families, addressing their questions, and collaborating on solutions is also a priority, along with communicating with the student's school-year team for consistency.
