- Part-Time Under the assigned supervisor, the Living Room Program Crisis Specialist/Case Manager provides on-site crisis intervention, case management, counseling, or mental health services to adults in accordance with the agency's policies and program guidelines.
Qualifications Education:
BS/BA degree in a human service-related fieldExperience:
1- 3 or more years related experience, preferred
Other:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with OHU required levels of coverage for auto insurance Required Skills Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Suite environment and adaptive skills to expand software application skills as necessary. Highly organized, yet flexible, and can handle multiple priorities/projects well; ability to manage tight deadlines. Ability to function well in a team environment. Ability to demonstrate project management, analytical, and presentation skills. Resourceful in researching issues and developing solutions with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (verbal, written, active listening). Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships. Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
