What You'll Do As a Case Manager, you will: Guide families through the process of transitioning from unhoused to self-sufficiency. Conduct one-on-one meetings to assess needs, develop individualized plans, and track progress. Provide hands-on instruction in essential life skills. Ensure families have vital community resources. Advocate for residents' needs and help them overcome barriers. Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Serve as an ambassador for Vincent Village, promoting and organization. Contribute to the overall success of the program. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in social work, education or a related field is preferred; however, an associate's degree or equivalent case management or teaching experience is required. Experience working with individuals and families in unhoused and diverse populations situations is preferred. Valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus. Pay for this position starts at $48,000 annually with the potential for a $2,000 bonus upon successful completion of a 90-day review.
