This role places a strong emphasis on employment retention, working closely with veterans after job placement to ensure long-term success in the workplace. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, resourceful, and committed to helping veterans achieve lasting self-sufficiency through stable employment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate veterans' employment readiness, skills, and career goals Develop individualized service plans focused on job placement and long-term employment retention Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for veterans Provide ongoing support to employed veterans to promote job retention, including regular check-ins, coaching, and problem-solving around workplace challenges Coordinate with employers and community partners to support successful job placements and continued employment Connect clients to supportive services such as healthcare, behavioral health, and workforce development programs Monitor client progress and adjust service plans to support continued employment success Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation Advocate on behalf of clients to reduce barriers to employment retention
Requirements:
High school diploma with experience in human services or Bachelor's degree (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
Compensation:
$43,000.00•$45,000.00
