This role contributes to transformational interactions that help clients create a bigger, brighter future through holistic service planning and sustained engagement. Reporting to the Padua Program Manager, the PADUA Case Worker plays a vital role in delivering holistic services that create transformational outcomes for individuals and families. Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Utilize organizational tools and resources to address challenges while representing the organization positively within the community and maintaining strict confidentiality Act as a primary client contact by delivering patient, empathetic, and professional support consistent with PADUA's client-centered and research-informed approach Stay knowledgeable about community resources and evolving best practices related to poverty and family self-sufficiency, sharing relevant insights with team members Participate in training and professional development opportunities while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and constructive communication Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
