What You'll Do:

• Support individuals who struggle with their mental health— including adults with severe and persistent mental illness and emotionally disturbed youth—in building skills, increasing independence, and working toward meaningful personal goals.
• Serve individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness & Severely Emotionally Disturbed youth, as well as other assigned individuals requiring case management services.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address mental, emotional, and social needs.
• Travel throughout our 20-county service area to meet clients where they are—at home, in schools, or in the community (Center vehicle provided).
• Lead or assist in group activities that focus on building life skills, managing symptoms, and improving overall quality of life.
• Advocate for your clients, helping them navigate systems and access essential community resources such as housing, education, healthcare, and employment support.
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation to track progress, support quality care, and meet compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience count s! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college.
• Great with people—strong communication and empathy are a must.
• Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.
• Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
• Must have valid driver's license.
