You likely:
Have experience in personal injury pre-litigation preferred but not required, hospitality experience is a plus Value responsiveness and proactive communication with clients Take pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Are comfortable managing multiple cases without sacrificing quality Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers Believe in teamwork and contributing to a positive, solutions-focused culture Want your work to have a real impact on people's lives What You'll Do Assist with new client onboarding, file setup, and initial case development Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in case management systems Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers Track treatment progress and keep clients informed throughout their case Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation Prepare demand letters and settlement packages Communicate with insurance adjusters and assist in moving cases toward resolution Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently Uphold the firm's standards of excellence in every interaction, providing top-of-the-line hospitality and results
