IMMIGRATION RESOURCE CENTER CASE MANAGER

Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Islands, Inc. (CACCI) Immigration Resource Center is seeking a self-motivated, immigration case manager to work with the Center\'s Attorney to ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management for its customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This detail-oriented individual will be responsible to conduct initial client intake; assist in the preparation of applications for naturalization, ?green cards, relative sponsorships, etc.; monitor the status of all filed applications; maintain database files in order to facilitate reporting requirements; and communicate with clients regarding case status and required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree required At least one to two years prior office experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Bilingual Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese preferred Computer proficiency (Word, database, Internet, Excel) Client service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Able to communicate effectively with people of various backgrounds Able to prioritize and meet deadlines Immigration experience preferred but willing to train Reliable transportation Active Filters Immigration Resource Center Case...
