Case Manager

Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, including mental health, addiction recovery, child welfare, vocational and housing stability Develop personalized care plans that incorporate crisis management, addiction counseling, and workforce development strategies Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support during urgent situations to ensure client safety and stability Coordinate with employers, human resource departments and employee assistance programs to assist with clients' full participation in treatment while on leave Offer motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral change and goal setting Facilitate psychoeducational and skill-based treatment groups Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering professional growth within the team Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service plans in compliance with agency standards Skills Strong expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management techniques Proven experience in addiction treatment and behavioral health support Knowledge of social work principles, child welfare systems, and insurance regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower clients through motivational interviewing Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and transparency Join us as a Case Manager if you're passionate about making a tangible impact through energetic advocacy, detailed case coordination, and compassionate support. $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
