Crystal Springs is searching for a passionate and compassionate Case Manager to become an essential part of our dynamic team in Assonet, MA. As a Case Manager, your day will be filled with rewarding and impactful tasks. You'll actively participate in team meetings and Individual Service Plan (ISP) discussions to collaborate with colleagues and ensure that each client receives tailored support. Assisting in the admissions process will be integral to your role, allowing you to warmly welcome new clients into our services.
