Overview The Case Manager supports students by addressing basic needs and promoting holistic wellness to enhance student stability, retention, and overall success. This role works closely with a diverse college population, providing individualized assessment, care coordination, resource referral, and ongoing support related to housing, food security, financial stability, health, and access to care. The Case Manager collaborates with campus partners and community agencies—particularly North Shore-based organizations—to connect students with appropriate services and remove barriers to persistence. Three years of experience in case management, social work, and/or community resourcing 2. A desire to work with a high-need student population from a variety of backgrounds and experiences Preferred Qualifications 1. MSW, MPH, or MS Health Education 2. Experience in higher education 3. Knowledge of existing resources on the North Shore 4. Experience working with a college population to support basic needs Working Location This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
