Job Description

Wanted Experienced Case Manager sought by Frederick non-profit org (30hrs p/wk with flex schedule) to work with homeless individuals and families. Hourly rate will be between $26.50-26.92/hr We are looking for a compassionate self starter and motivated individual to run the Rapid rehousing and Transitional housing program. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Preference given to those who are familiar with HMIS/service point data entry systems.•This is a part time position with the goal to become full time with anticipated funding.
