Must have an active secret clearance to apply. The duties will support
SAF/MRBA
in processing the report of investigation files for civilians who have filed a formal equal employment opportunity complaint against the Dept of Air Force. The support will secure the ability to be in compliance with the regulatory processing timeline of 180 days and mitigate the risk of receiving sanction orders from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The end product will be a complete digitalization of all case records by scanning into a data system, creating cases files, redaction of documents, reviewing records, preparing digital case files and envelopes for mailing. Daily Duties Assist EEO case managers with reviewing cases and redacting sensitive information. Maintain accurate records of EEO case activities using Air Force HR tools. Qualifications Understanding of EEO case managment processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and accurately. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel for reporting purposes; experience with Excel data analysis is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
