Position Summary The Digital Case Management Assistant supports the Digital Case Management Department by maintaining accurate digital case data, generating reports, managing Filevine workflows, and assisting with Immigration AI operations. This role works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth and compliant case processing. Key Responsibilities Pull and create reports; maintain Excel tracking sheets Audit new contracts and cases in Filevine daily Handle case transfers, reassignments, mass updates, and case closures Manage Mailroom messages and oversee the Lead Docket Support Immigration AI operations, including receipt number entry Troubleshoot Filevine issues and assist staff with system inquiries Assist with form drafts, newsletters, and client portal activation Provide additional support to the Digital Case Management Manager as needed
Requirements:
Experience with Filevine or similar case management systems preferred Strong Excel and reporting skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
