Job Description

Pines Behavioral Health is looking for YOU to join our team to help those in Branch County that have a serious mental illness or intellectual/developmental disability. Our agency strives to balance the needs of those we serve while also the needs of the employee. A Case Manager is responsible for case coordination, linking the person you're working with to the services and supports that they need for success. You will assesses the needs of the individual (or youth and families) to determine what is needed in order to live in the most independent living situation and lead a productive life. The Case Manager provide linkages to necessary resources and community supports, and monitors the services/supports to make sure that they are in place and effective. To join us in making a difference in people's lives, you must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field, a Registered Nurse, degree in Education or Criminal Justice with preferably at least one-year experience working with adults with serious mental illness conditions and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is ideal. Working in a public mental health system while rewarding, can also result in a fast-paced work environment. A successful case manager must have good time management skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to document professionally in accordance with regulatory standards. The wage is based on experience, and ranges from $49,254-$69,347 annually. Excellent fringe benefit package.
