DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead efforts to identify client needs and connect clients with appropriate community resources and agencies. Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and aftercare services. Connect clients with housing options, educational opportunities, and other community resources. Coordinate escorts and issue client passes as appropriate. Support clients with continuing education opportunities, including GED programs. Assist with assessments, groups, didactics, individual services, and other clinical activities as needed. Support the intake process and other clinical responsibilities as assigned. Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of work. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet competing deadlines. Willingness to perform a variety of office and administrative tasks when needed. Must be able to meet driving requirements, as some driving may be required. Must successfully pass a LEIN check .
