Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field required Proven experience working with diverse populations of children and families Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Flexible availability Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as scheduled Schedule includes weekday shifts, rotating weekends, and every other Friday and Saturday Compensation Information 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
