Job Description
Job Summary Provide casework functions for the Friend of the Court office to review, independently assess, and analyze domestic Friend of the Court cases for the purpose of enforcing, reviewing, and modifying child support, parenting time, and custody provisions of court orders. Completes investigations, reports, and drafts order and recommendations for the court as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in psychology, criminal justice, social work, counseling, or closely related field. 1-3 years of case supervision experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor families and collaborate across agencies. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and behavioral health best practices. Prior experience working with vulnerable populations such as children, at-risk families, or individuals facing addiction or mental health challenges is highly desirable.
