Case Manager - Housing

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will: Determine and verify participant eligibility for the Project Based Voucher Program Conduct annual and interim recertifications, including income and household changes Calculate tenant rent portions and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) in accordance with HUD regulations Communicate clearly and professionally with participants and landlords Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness Maintain accurate case files and uphold HUD and agency standards Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency Collaborate with team members to ensure program integrity and efficiency We will train the right candidate who is eager to learn and committed to public service! Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn and apply federal regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal Comfort working with numbers, calculations, and case management systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Has the ability to work and make decisions independently Prior housing, social services, or administrative experience is helpful—but not required

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
