is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the agency's mission by delivering comprehensive services across multiple grant-funded programs. Job Responsibilities Manage multiple grant programs offering wraparound services to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in client case files, including detailed case notes. Monitor client progress and provide consistent follow-up throughout service delivery. Engage, retain, and coordinate with clients enrolled in various programs and services. Provide administrative and programmatic support as needed across the agency. Utilize various software systems, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MiBridges, L2F, and internal databases. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills essential to case management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Cultural competency and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
