Job Description

Make a difference every day Prairie Lakes Youth Programs is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager for the youth in our Non-Secure program. This position plays a vital role in providing daily structure, legal communication, report writing and communications with team members and court offices. SCHEDULE
Full Time 40 hours a week (afternoons into evening) to include an every other weekend.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Serves as a member of a treatment team to determine which programs, methods, and experiences are appropriate for the treatment of the youth Develop treatment plan goals according to the recommendations Provide necessary communication with parents, referring agents, and additional professionals working with youth and their families Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, process, identify, and resolve conflicts Conduct self in a courteous, tactful, and professional manner Attend court and meetings as required Ability to learn and perform physical restraint procedures (Controlled Force
MACH REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
College degree/completed college course work in a related field of study is preferred OR High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required Strong communication and typing skills At least 21 years of age at the time of employment start Successfully complete required background check Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license
