Job Description
Bridgemont Health & Wellness is recruiting for a full-time case manager/ peersupport specialist to work in our Billings location. The position will provide case management services for individuals with severe and disabling mental illness. The Case Manager will work directly with clients' by assessing treatment needs; developing treatment plans, setting goals and accessing community resources as needed. This position takes an interdisciplinary approach to treatment by working with all facets of Bridgemont programs as well as the community at large. Must be able to obtain Peer Support certificate (lived experience with mental health or substance use or been a caregiver for someone who has, must have three years of recovery) Prefer Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with at least one year of full-time experience in a mental health setting. Requires excellent verbal and written communications skill, with ability to do detailed paperwork utilizing an electronic medical record system. Must have a valid driver's license and a working knowledge of community services
